Deleting your account
How to delete your Lilithea account and data, what is deleted straight away, and what is kept and why.
1Delete it in the app (recommended)
- Open Lilithea and tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete.
Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
2If you can't open the app
Your account is tied to your device, so if you've uninstalled the app or changed devices, email info@lilithea.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your display name and, if you know it, your user ID from Settings so we can find your account. We'll complete your request within 30 days and let you know.
3What is deleted straight away
- You're signed out and the account can no longer be accessed.
- Your photos are permanently deleted.
- Your name, bio and last stored location are deleted, and your profile is taken out of Discover, games and matchmaking.
- All your connections are closed, and your chats disappear from the other person's chat list.
- The link between the account and your device is removed, so you can create a new account on the same device.
- Any remaining coins and Premium time end.
4What is kept for a while
The information below stays linked to the closed account's internal ID. It is no longer associated with your name or device, isn't shown to other users, and is kept only for the purposes listed and for the periods in our Privacy Policy:
- Messages you sent, your game records and your likes: to review reports and suspected abuse, and to respond to legal requests.
- Basic details of the closed account (birth date, gender, signs, matching preferences): to keep the account record that purchase, moderation and game records refer to consistent.
- Purchase and coin records: because of our legal obligations.
- Moderation, report and ban records, and server and security logs: for safety and legal obligations.
If you'd like this information deleted too, write to info@lilithea.com. We'll delete it unless a legal obligation or a legal claim requires us to keep it.
Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account. If you want to delete your account, delete it in the app first.
