01About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lilithea mobile app and related services (“Lilithea”). They are a binding agreement between you and CodeCraftopia (“we”, “us”), the publisher of Lilithea.

By creating an account or using Lilithea, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use Lilithea.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

02Who can use Lilithea

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract with us.
• You must not have been banned from Lilithea before.
• The law where you live must not prohibit you from using Lilithea.
• One person, one account: you may only use one account. You may not create an account for someone else, or transfer, sell or lend your account to anyone.
• The information you give at sign-up, especially your birth date, must be true. Lying about your age is grounds for a permanent ban.

03Your account

Lilithea has no email or password. Your account is tied to a device identifier that the app creates and stores on your device. This means:

• You're responsible for keeping your device secure and for what happens with your account on it. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock.
• If you uninstall the app, reset your device or switch to a new one, you may lose access to your account. Because there's no email or password, we can't guarantee we'll be able to restore it, and any remaining coins and Premium time may be lost too.
• If you think someone is using your account without permission, email info@lilithea.com straight away.

04How Lilithea works

• Games: at the heart of Lilithea are live mini games played with other users. You're anonymous in games; your partner only sees limited details such as your age and signs. Entering a game may cost coins. If you both choose to connect at the end, your names and profiles are revealed to each other and you can chat.
• Discover: browse and like other people's profiles; a mutual like creates a connection.
• Chat: message the people you're connected with.
• Premium: a time-limited package with extra features.

Zodiac compatibility and compatibility scores are for fun; they're not a scientific prediction or advice. We don't guarantee that you'll find a match, a relationship or a friendship on Lilithea.

We're always improving Lilithea, and we may add, change or remove features.

05Community rules

Everything you share on Lilithea (photos, profile details, messages and game answers) must follow these rules. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity and sexual content: nude or partly nude photos, sexually explicit images or messages, and unwanted sexual advances.
• Minors: use by anyone under 18; photos of unaccompanied children; any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors. We report such content to the authorities.
• Harassment and bullying: pestering people, continuing to contact someone who doesn't want it, blackmail, humiliation or stalking.
• Hate and discrimination: content that targets people because of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
• Threats and violence: threats of violence, content that glorifies or encourages violence, or encouraging self-harm.
• Impersonation: pretending to be someone else, using other people's photos, misrepresenting your age or identity, or creating fake profiles.
• Scams: asking for money, gifts or investments; crypto or investment schemes; trying to obtain ID or bank details; romance scams.
• Spam and solicitation: advertising, promotion, sharing links, gathering followers, selling products or services, or any commercial solicitation, including offers of paid companionship or sexual services.
• Illegal content and activity: drugs, weapons, illegal gambling or any other illegal goods and services; any content that is a crime.
• Other people's private information: sharing someone's address, phone number, ID details, private photos or messages without their permission.
• Infringing content: sharing photos or content you don't have the rights to.

You also must not

• use bots, automated tools or scrapers, or access Lilithea by automated means;
• try to get around Lilithea's security, limits or moderation, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it;
• create more than one account, or create a new account after being banned;
• manipulate games, coins or rewards by cheating or exploiting bugs;
• use Lilithea to harm others or for any unlawful purpose.

06Moderation and enforcement

• We combine automated checks with human review to protect the community. Uploaded photos are screened automatically for nudity and sexual content, and suspicious photos aren't shown until a moderator has reviewed them.
• We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks the rules and remove the users who posted it from Lilithea.
• Depending on how serious a violation is, we may remove content, temporarily pause photo uploads, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban an account, and report the matter to the authorities where appropriate. For serious violations we may act without warning.
• People who are banned from Lilithea may not create a new account.
• We don't monitor all content at all times and aren't obliged to, but we act on violations that are reported to us or detected by our systems.
• When we remove your content or close your account, we'll let you know in the app where we can. If you think we got it wrong, you can ask us to review the decision by emailing info@lilithea.com.

07Reporting and blocking

• If you come across an inappropriate profile, photo, message or behaviour, report it from the chat, the Discover card or the game screen.
• Reporting someone automatically blocks them: you won't be matched again and can't message each other. Reporting during a game ends the game.
• You can block anyone you're connected with from the chat screen at any time.
• Reports are confidential; we don't tell the other person who reported them.
• You can also email info@lilithea.com about content that infringes your rights.

08Meeting safely

Lilithea doesn't verify users' identities and doesn't run criminal record or background checks. We can't guarantee that what people say about themselves is true. You're responsible for your interactions and meetings with other users, so please take care:

• Meet in busy, public places, at least the first few times.
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting.
• Arrange your own transport and stay in control.
• Never send money or share bank or ID details with anyone.
• Don't share your home address, workplace or daily routine until you know the person well.
• If something doesn't feel right, leave, and report suspicious behaviour to us.

09Coins and Premium

Coins

• Coins are virtual items used within Lilithea for things like entering games or sending Super Likes.
• You can buy coins through the app store, or earn them for free, for example through the daily gift or by watching rewarded ads.
• Coins have no cash value: they can't be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, sold, or used outside Lilithea. Coins you buy give you only a right to use them within Lilithea.
• We may change coin pack prices and how many coins things cost; changes don't affect coins you've already spent.
• If you delete your account or lose access to it, any remaining coins are lost.

Premium

• Premium is a pass for 1 week, 1 month or 3 months, bought with a one-time payment.
• Premium does not renew automatically. When it ends, you're not charged again and you go back to the free plan.
• Premium starts when you buy it. If you buy another package while Premium is active, the new time is added to your current end date.
• What Premium includes is shown on the purchase screen.

Payments and refunds

• All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• Refund requests are handled under the store's refund policy and applicable law. You can request a refund through Apple or Google Play, and you're welcome to contact us if you have a problem.
• Coins and Premium are digital content and services that are added to your account and performed immediately once the purchase is confirmed. For this reason, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal. This doesn't affect your legal rights if what you bought isn't delivered to your account or is faulty.
• If we close your account because you broke these Terms, unused coins or Premium time won't be refunded unless the law requires it.
• If we decide to shut Lilithea down, we'll announce it reasonably in advance and handle any unused Premium time as applicable law requires.

10Ads

The free version of Lilithea contains ads: a full-screen ad may be shown when the app opens, and you can choose to watch rewarded ads to earn coins. The reward is added to your account when the ad is completed, and daily limits may apply. Premium members don't see ads.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We aren't responsible for advertisers' products or services. Our Privacy Policy explains what data is processed for ads.

11Your content and the licence you give us

The photos, profile details and messages you share on Lilithea (“your content”) belong to you.

By sharing your content on Lilithea, you give CodeCraftopia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, non-sublicensable and limited licence to host, store, reproduce (for example resize and compress), display and transmit it to other users, solely to operate, provide, secure and improve Lilithea.

This licence ends when you delete the content or your account. It continues, however, for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy and for content you've already shared with others (such as messages you've sent). We don't sell your content or use it for advertising or marketing.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the content you share and that it complies with these Terms and the law. We may remove content that breaks the rules without notice.

12Intellectual property and your licence

Lilithea's name, logo, design, games, questions, software and all other content apart from user content belong to CodeCraftopia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use Lilithea on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

13Third-party services

Lilithea works with third-party services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. For example: Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service.

14App Store terms

If you downloaded Lilithea from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of Lilithea, and these Terms supplement it.
• These Terms are between you and CodeCraftopia, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Lilithea and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Lilithea.
• If Lilithea fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Lilithea.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Lilithea, such as product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property infringement claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.

15Ending your account

• You can stop using Lilithea at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if it's needed to protect other users or Lilithea.
• When your account is closed, your access to Lilithea ends. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as licences, liability and governing law) remain in effect.

16Disclaimers

We provide Lilithea “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that you'll be matched with someone suitable, or that what other users say is true. We aren't responsible for how other users behave, in the app or outside it.

This section doesn't affect your rights under consumer law that can't be limited by contract.

17Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeCraftopia is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profits or data, or damage caused by other users' behaviour (including meetings outside the app). In any case, our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid on Lilithea in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits don't apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence (Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098), to death or personal injury, or to any case where consumer law, in particular the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, doesn't allow liability to be limited.

If you break these Terms or the law and cause damage to us or others, you're responsible for it as provided by law.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms because of changes to the service, legal requirements or security. The current version is always published on this page, with its effective date at the top. We'll let you know about significant changes before they take effect, in the app or in another reasonable way.

If you keep using Lilithea after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using Lilithea and delete your account.

19Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

If you have a problem, please contact us first at info@lilithea.com; we can usually sort things out quickly that way.

As a consumer, you can bring a dispute to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where you made the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits.

If you live in the European Union or another country as a consumer, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws and your right to bring proceedings in its courts.

20General

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about your use of Lilithea.
• If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
• If we don't exercise a right, that doesn't mean we've waived it.
• You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer ours in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in a way that doesn't affect your legal rights.
• These Terms are published in Turkish and English. If the versions differ, the Turkish version prevails unless the mandatory law of your country requires otherwise.
